Zilker Kite Festival

Last Sunday we packed up a picnic, picked up some pals, and headed to the Zilker Kite Festival! It was the first year for all of us to attend the fest and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. It was gorgeous, sunny, and had just the right amount of wind for kite flying. Going to events like these with great friends is just one -of the very many!- things that makes me so happy to be living in Austin again.

Krause Springs

Here’s a few photos from our camping trip to Krause Springs waayy back in November. I unfortunately didn’t get the chance to capture the actual Krause Springs (big bummer!) but there was a little babbling brook next to our campsite that was just as lovely to photograph.
