June! I can’t believe it’s here already! Well…actually, yes I can. Constantly looking forward to my move to Austin in August has made time go by in this weird, so fast but SO SLOW fashion. It’s like days and weeks go by quickly, but August still feels forever away. Even though, now that’s it’s June, I guess it kind of isn’t anymore! Finally, making progress!

Tonight I’m going to see Moonrise Kingdom with some of my best buddies, and the rest of my weekend will be spent getting rid of the junk that has somehow accumulated in my apartment over the last two years. Don’t you love how moving makes you realize how much stuff is in your place?

Here are some of my favorite things from around the ‘net this week!

1. Bloom: I started listening to Beach House’s latest album, Bloom, last weekend and haven’t stopped since. I’m totally obsessed with the single “Myth,” but the entire album is absolutely beautiful.

2. Rose Garden: My lovely friend Catherine recently visited the Fort Worth Botanic Garden and the photos from her visit are such a dream.

3. The Four Seasons of Ice Cream: I’ll have ice cream any time, any day, any month already. But ice cream just for all four seasons? Even better!

4. Sammich Cake:  I can’t lie, my mouth actually watered while I was looking at the pictures of this Sammich Cake. Yum! I’m definitely going to give it a try this weekend.
